With two expert teachers on hand, we’ll explore key yoga postures, breathing techniques, and meditation practices, including a blissfully extended savasana and yoga nidra (yogic sleep). You’ll also have time to ask questions and receive personal guidance on how to evolve your own practice.
Held in the heart of spring, this uplifting morning brings together movement, learning, and connection (and yes, there’ll be tea and chocolate at the end!).
